Attending the program, there were Ms. Truong Thi Mai, Member of the Politburo, Executive Secretary of CPV Central Committee, Head of the CPV Central Committee’s Organization Commission, General To Lam, Member of the Politburo, Minister of Public Security, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of CPV Central Committee’s Secretariat, Head of the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization, Ms. Dao Hong Lan, Member of the CPV Central Committee, Minister of Health, and other leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and other relevant agencies.

Speaking at the opening of the program, the representative of the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Security said that on February 27 yearly, the health sector in general and the health sector of the People's Public Security, in particular, celebrated the traditional day, Vietnamese Doctors’ Day.

The Spring Concert reflects the attention of the Party, Government, Central Public Security Party Committee, and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for medical staff of Public Security and the medical staff in the country. This is a great encouragement for the medical staff to continue protecting, caring for, and improving the health of officers, soldiers, and people.

In part 1 of the concert, conductor Honna Tetsuji, artists from the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, artists Lan Anh, Pham Thu Ha, Dao To Loan, and artists from the People’s Public Security Music Song and Dance Theatre performed famous Vietnamese musical works about spring, such as Mùa Xuân đầu tiên (composed by Musician Van Cao), Cung đàn mùa xuân (composed by Composer Cao Viet Bach), Đảng đã cho ta một mùa xuân (composed by Composer Pham Tuyen), Lắng nghe mùa xuân về (Composer Pham Tuyen), Một mùa xuân nho nhỏ (composed by Composer Tran Hoan, lyrics by Thanh Hai), Mùa chim én bay (composed by Composer Hoang Hiep), Hà Nội 12 mùa hoa (composed by Composer Giang Son), Một sắc thanh cao (composed by Tuan Phuong).

Part 2 of the concert impressed with world classic musical works, namely Im Krapfenwald' I Polka, Tritsch-Tratsch Polka, Heia in den Bergen, The Blue Danube Waltz, Pomp and Circumstance usually performed in New Year’s concerts by J. Strauss II, E. Elgar, E. Kálmán.

The “Spring 2024” concert brought many feelings, encouraging the medical staff to continue to protect, care for, and improve the health of officers, soldiers, and people.
